She represents RFS with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to making every client feel welcomed and valued.
A graduate of Indiana University with a professional background in medical billing, Cindy brings a detail-oriented, service-first approach to her role. She has called Owensboro home for over ten years, having relocated to reconnect with and marry her high school sweetheart.
Faith and family are at the center of Cindy's life. She is the proud mother of two children, stepmother of two, and grandmother of six. Outside of work, she loves the outdoors, cycling, walking, traveling, and above all, quality time with the people she loves.
